But let's say you want to change those flaws—that's acceptable to a certain degree, though not always necessary. For example, maybe your hair is too long and you desperately want to cut it. It's okay to hate on your long hair because it's just hair and it doesn't change who you are. And it's a change...a fun change...that can very easily be made. But if you can honestly say that you're overweight, if you're actively trying to lose that weight or add muscle or whatever, then part of that journey will be learning how to love your body and the (ahem, healthy) changes it need to go through to get there.
So really, you should try to remove "fat day" from your thoughts. Remove all negative body and image talk. Replace it with something better. Something positive and encouraging. Look in that mirror and love your self.
"Damn, girl...cute outfit," you declare, "and your smile...girl, it shines today!"
One positive thought. That's how you should start your day. With at least one, single positive thought.

Because, let's be honest, you are worth it.
And you don't really want to go through your day in a negative funk, do you?
Question: What positive thoughts have you had today?

I definitely agree with you! Nothing good comes from putting ourselves down. Eventually we start to believe the negative, and mostly lies, we have been telling ourselves. This is great advice!
I love this quote! Thanks for sharing! Definitely made my day. :)
I'm so glad! And I hope it's a wonderful day...
We do our best to NOT lie to others by spilling out negativity, and yet, we so easily lie to ourselves all the time. What's up with that?! Let's stop the insanity, right? Thanks for reading!
