When you live the fit life, you tend to think about calories a lot. Like, for example, the amount of calories in your meal. Or the amount of calories that you burn during a workout—it's these calories, actually, that make the biggest difference when it comes to weight loss. The more calories you burn, the more likely you are to lose weight. Now, I recommend you talk with a registered dietitian if you wan to know exactly how many calories you should be eating and/or burning, but it never hurts to max your efforts to burn calories.
