I'm rambling.
And eating peanut butter:
One little bite of homemade honey/cinnamon/Chia peanut butter.
IT'S SO GOOD.
True, there is a lot of fat in peanut butter, but if you eat it mindfully, it can be an awesome addition to the fit life. And since peanuts are cheap, it can also be an affordable addition to the fit life. Other nuts, however...why are nuts so expensive sometimes?! I'll never understand. But thanks to this infographic, I will understand what all my favorites bring to the table. (And, stop the presses, peanuts aren't actually nuts. They're LEGUMES. There's a difference, I stand corrected.)

Question: Other than homemade almond butter, do you have a favorite store-bought brand? I need to test out some new brands—I'll be so sad if I don't like almond butter anymore! I love almonds.

I like the Trader Joe's brand. I think that's the only kind I've tried though...but it's pretty tasty!
