Too often, we step on the scale and feel defined by the number it displays. This is not only wrong from a physical standpoint, but from an emotional one as well. Remember that every body is different, and no number can really define who you are as a person. Nothing can define you except for you. So don't live your life according to a digit. Live your life according to your hopes and dreams, your wishes and your talents. Your thoughts and certainly your feelings.
