Workout Wednesday: Exercise Swaps

Happy evening, friends. Just popping in with a quick "Workout Wednesday" for you. Although, it's not really a workout this week. Rather, it's a set of options. If you hit a plateau or feel yourself getting bored, the easiest thing to do is swap out some of your exercises to instill new life in the workout itself. Below, some inspiration:
