Don't be discouraged by setbacks.

I feel as though a little inspiration is on tap for the day. It's been far too long. And I love what the above explains. Remember, the fit life is a journey just like any other—ups, downs, goods and bads. Embrace the ups and goods, learn from the downs and bads and move on. Find your fire, fuel your fit with them. No matter what your goals, you can achieve them. I promise.

I feel like I have a few goals right now. I want to run another half marathon (I've only done one and it was in March and looking back I'm amazed I did it, especially the time). I also would like to lose a little bit of weight, which I've been saying forever, which is very frustrating. Thanks for sharing that graphic in your post...I had to pin it!

Great message. Hard to remember some days. Id love to lose some more weight and start running again...I love running in cooler weather, so it seems do-able now. I have run with my daughter in the stroller and it's been great. This summer was too darn hot! :)
