Hey all, head on over to Blissfully Domestic and check out my latest post. It's all about working out with your kids—yes, kids can work out. And they don't necessarily have to hit the gym to do just that. Think gym class, but without the pressures of the classroom. It is, after all, that time of year again for most of the munchkins out there.
