Try this hot treadmill routine!

Your treadmill is probably collecting dust right now because of all this sunshine we've been getting, but if your daily run is starting to feel a bit bland, swap out the sidewalk and dust off the treadmill. Try this interval- and incline-based routine for some serious calorie blasting. Sticky note reads minutes: speed (incline).
