Hello, 2011!

By the time you read this, I will be well on my way to sun, sand and guacamole. Oh, baby—I'm headed to Mexico! Cozumel, to be specific. Jason and I are joining my parents, my sister and her future hubby for a week of all things relaxation. We couldn't be more excited...well, Jason is a little nervous about the whole international travel thing. And sharks. But I think he'll get over it when we land and he feels the heat. And gets a big, fat margarita in his hands. I'm hopin' it comes with a little paper umbrella for added effect. But anyways, I digress. Yes, I will be gone for an entire week, but no—I will not leave you without A Daily Dose of Fit. As if! You know me better.

I won't be bloggin' on the beach, but I do have a pretty great lineup of posts for you. You'll hear from me (obvi), and I'm very excited to introduce you to a few of my favorite bloggers. Look for an assortment of "Guest Post" and "Link Love" posts—I promise you'll enjoy them. But first, we have to talk about 2011! Can you believe? Do you say "two thousand eleven" or "twenty eleven"? I still haven't figured that one out yet. But I HAVE figured out a way to start the year off on an inspirational foot. (Not that feet are inspirational in any way, but you know what I mean.) It's called Google Images, my friends. Type "inspiration" in the search box for me.

Last time I did it, it produced 98 million images. That's a lot of inspiration indeed. But no, my "inspirational foot" is not that easy. Nor should yours be. I'd like you to get a little more specific in your inspirational images search. Go beyond Google Images, heck...take it off the computer. Find images that speak to you and create a collage that you can keep somewhere prominent in your life. Your computer's desktop? On the dash of your car? Front of your 'fridge? Wherever, really. It's all about what works for you. And inspirational images do work. I promise. I put together the following—well, Jason put together the following images for me (but I picked them out):

Question: What kinds of images inspire you?
