Remember last week's Workout Wednesday? As promised, we'll focus on lower body workouts today! Leg days are, quite possibly, my favorite. I think I've told you this before, but it's really hard for me to challenge mine, so I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to merge these types of exercises.
