No, I'm not about to propose a workout purely for those of you who aren't currently attached to a significant other. That would be silly. And relatively pointless. I am, however, about to share a workout that incorporates some one-side-at-a-time moves because it's always good to work each of your sides individually. Just to be clear, I'm talking about your right and left sides. Take a look:
In other news, I think I'm going to do away with

Question: How many times a week do you work out?

I work out 6x a week, incorporating weights and cardio...more weights than cardio cause I like it more. :) and on my rest day (usually Sunday) I will at least take a walk or ride my bike around town.
I have to say I respect you so much for being a new Mommy and still dedicating time to yourself and your workouts! Mom's are incredible!
I workout about 5 times a week. I usually do curcuit training because I'm not a huge fan of cardio. However I got a new kickboxing DVD and the workout is only 20 minutes and it kicks my butt! I hope thats enough cardio for the day?
@Roni: Thanks so much for your kind words!
@Jennifer: The "quality versus quantity" rule definitely applies to cardio. If your DVD gets your heart rate up, then it must be doing something for ya! And remember, circuit training involves an element of cardio, too. The more efficiently you go through your workout, the better your chances of keeping your heart rate up = cardio!
